Yes, folks, the M.N. Stroh Clan Newsletter is moving!
Amid holing up in my “cave” working edits and polishing a novella, it came to my attention that it’s time to do a little house cleaning. One of the looming tasks I avoided (for fear of the unknown) was moving the Clan newsletter.
While MailChimp has served us through the years, I’ve never found the platform user-friendly. So after much research, I’ve decided to switch to MailerLite.
Rest assured, for those of you who are already subscribed, the switch-over will be seamless. You don’t need to do anything. All your information will still be just as secure as before. Names and emails will only be used to receive the mnstroh.com Clan Newsletter.
Hopefully, you’ll see some positive changes in delivery and visual layout. One thing I’ve always bemoaned with MailChimp that’s possible with MailerLite is a welcoming sequence. This will acquaint new Clan members to the newsletter.
Eventually, I’d like to begin segmenting newsletters, so that you, as the Clan, can decide what information you prefer coming to your inbox and only receive the news you want.

As always, I welcome your input. I’ll begin the switch this week. Please forgive any hiccups that may occur on the website through the tech process, as it will take some work to remove old links and plugins while connecting the new content.
One thing I’d love to know, is what entices you to subscribe to a newsletter? Freebies, quizzes, surveys…other?
